Her Story
Before she ever placed a For Sale sign, she was in the business of people.
With a degree in Consumer Science & Merchandising from the University of Houston and a career in HR and medical administrative services, Kim learned something most realtors never do — how to truly listen, how to navigate high-stakes decisions with calm, and how to present something with intention and beauty.
In 2016, she brought all of that into real estate. Today, as a Senior Partner with the Houston Properties Team at Real Brokerage, she has guided hundreds of families through buying and selling homes — and built over $80 million in personal sales doing it her way: with warmth, precision, and care that doesn't end at closing.
As a wife to Jorge and mother to Isadora and Jorge III, Kim lives exactly the life her clients are building. She understands what a home really means — not just square footage and school districts, but the place where milestones happen.
